DRY BLASTING
Dry blasting or sand blasting is a perfect process for cleaning/keying a surface prior to paint or cerakote. We often use a fine blast media on parts before vapour blasting to obtain a much cleaner finish
CERAKOTE
Cerakote is the world leading thin film ceramic coating. It is the ideal finish for motorcyle parts due to its unbelievable resistance to solvents, oil, heat and general wear and tear. It is an extremely popular service we provide, available in a huge range of colours and fininshes
POWDER COAT
Powder coating is an oven cured finish known for its durability and resistance. We offer a huge range of colours and finishes, ideal for restoration or that custom look
WET PAINT
We also offer a more traditional 'wet paint' finish to most parts of the bike. This base coat and lacquer finish is much more versatile in terms of designs and colours available, best suited to areas that are not subject to constant wear and tear
FABRICATION
We offer any sort of fabrication jobs whether it be a simple repair or a full stainless exhaust. We have mig and AC/DC tig in the workshop to cover work on a variety of metals
ENGINE WORK
With over 10 years experience in engine rebuilding we can offer anything from a basic service right through to full rebuilds. This work goes hand in hand with our vapour blasting and variety of refinishing services to give you an engine that looks and performs incredible
RESTORATION
Our equipment and experience lends itself perfectly to restoration work. We are able to provide either a full restoration or partial restoration to suit your budget and desires. We also have the advantage of being able to keep all the work in house with greatly reduces time scale and allows us to oversee and quality check every step
